The hotel room had a terrible smell, but the engineer and head housekeeper were friendly and accommodating and moved us to resolve the issue. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. However, the room wasn't ready until 7 pm.

I had a lovely and very clean stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, which made my experience fine and very nice overall. The staff was extremely helpful and concerned about us being comfortable, creating a friendly and helpful atmosphere. The location was great for the kids, with a fantastic fire pit area and family-friendly seating. The dining experience provided enough variety to start the day right.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms felt like a one-bedroom apartment, clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing everything we needed, which was a plus. However, the cleanliness was just marginal. The location was excellent for both family time and work needs, offering great fire pit areas and family-friendly seating. Unfortunately, there was an issue with an unclean item involving a housekeeper. The dining experience had enough variety to start the day, although the evenings were congested with rather untasty food. Facilities were on point, offering dry cleaning, grocery shopping service, shops, laundry, and commercial services. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
